HOLIDAY RETURNS FOR 2011 - A RMA# MUST BE ISSUED BY JANUARY 1, 2012 AND THE ITEM MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SUPPLIER PROVIDED IN THE RMA INSTRUCTIONS BY JANUARY 21, 2012. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPED WITHOUT A RMA#. TO RECEIVE A RMA # AND INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO SEND THE ITEM SEND AN EMAIL TO leatherbelongings@yahoo.com .
If you need to return or exchange an item it is VERY IMPORTANT that you EMAIL US FIRST to obtain a Return Authorization # and for the address to return the item to. DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO LEATHER BELONGINGS IN WYOMING. We use several different suppliers therefore there are different addresses that your product may be returned to. If you do not contact us first and you ship it directly to Leather Belongings in Wyoming with out a RMA number we will NOT ISSUE A REFUND. Every product comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please email leatherbelongings@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt requesting an RMA number. Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges and charges if sent to Leather Belongings. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations, but that is done per their discretion. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.
To be accepted for return, you must send an email to leatherbelongings@yahoo.com to receive instructions for the proper supplier address, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Items must be received by the warehouse within 21 days from the issuance of a RMA# or notification email stating where to ship the package. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not resalable, the item will be sent back to you and we will not exchange your order.
If you are returning more than one product and if it came to you in separate packages this means that if came from different suppliers. If you return more than one item, you will be responsible for return shipping for each item you return and if you are returning for a credit card refund, you will be credited minus the shipping charges we paid for each item you return.
Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
If you do not receive an email within 48 hours please check in your SPAM or TRASH as some email providers usually will allow your initial order confirmation to go through but send additional communications to SPAM or TRASH.
